 News August 29, 2008 Dear Parents, We have been having a great time learning about Math, Bible, American History and World Geography. The students and I are all learning many wonderful things. If you have a student in grades 5 - 8, you have no doubt (hopefully) heard about the upcoming Social Studies Fair. The Fair will be held Monday, November 3 at 7:00 P.M. The students have been given a lot of verbal and written information on the Fair. I will also have all the instructions on www.cobleschool.com. To find the information, please go to the web site, click on classes, scroll down to my name and follow the link to Social Studies Fair. 4th grade is learning about place value. They love saying the numbers in the millions! This week was their first chapter test. They all did really well and each received 5 extra points for their hard work and remaining quiet until all students finished the test. Thank you for entrusting you child to me.
